A  savvy way to manage a fleet of assets without the complexity & costs associated with so many Fleet Management Systems.  

Accu-Asset is the means to controlling your operation in a real-time cost effective manner.  The system uses the latest technology to capture data from any fuel or powered EQUIPMENT thereby providing visibility and accountability to operations. Simple to install, Accu-Asset works independent of vendor technologies, for any powered equipment. Accu-Asset can collect data as frequently as required, every second or every hour.

DCSA work with the network standard (mobile, mesh, wifi) at your site to deliver a complete reporting server capability for maintenance and operational teams. As with many sites, network coverage can be a problem. Accu-Asset has a store and forward capability so that nothing is ever lost. When an Accu-Asset unit returns into range, all the data is resent to the server.

Flexible User Interface and mobility is a given. Reports can be scheduled or emailed, web browser compliance minimises software maintenance and browsing via mobile phone is routine. Detailed reports for all assets showing operating hours are available for preventative maintenance or costing systems.  Lighting plants, hire equipment, SME, UME, pumps - just about any asset on site can be reported or monitored.

Accu-Asset: Is an OEM independent system that tracks fixed and mobile assets without operator input. Think of it as a black box data logger for all your assets.

Lighting Plants: Ever been on a mine and you had to find lighting plant? What about at night and its broken!  Save yourself the delay and frustration of needless searching the last known location.

Pumps: Ever wanted to know if a pump is on or off? What about the running hours? Like any equipment, the Accu-Asset will tell you its status. 

Load & Haul: A Fleet Management Systems offers a broad capability but not every mine can justify the investment.  Whereas by installing Accu-Asset for an entire fleet, is possible to achieve comprehensive visibility of assets across the operation, automation of operational costs, plus improve response times to breakdowns and repairs.  Supervisors and workshop personnel can respond the outage appropriately knowing downtime is apportioned as per the business requirements in an indiscriminate manner. 

Auxiliary Equipment: All Aux equipment on a mine could use Accu-Asset to capture Utilization & Availability information, as well as Engine On and OFF status.

Watercarts: We have installed Accu-Asset on Watercarts and are able to report where the water was dispensed, the volume dispensed and where the tank was filled.

NEW Drills: Accu-Asset is installed on the drill, similar to a black box on a plane. We can report drill status; running, tramming, jack legs raised/lowered,  deck bush clamp position and Bit RPM. We also monitor pressures; air, pulldown, rotation per location. 

Brake Monitoring: Accu-Asset has been used collect information about braking systems on Graders. The requirement was to gather data on braking frequency per location, per operator. The report help recognise certain practices were contributing to brake wear eg. operators using brakes unnecessarily while travelling at speed & distance - "riding the brakes".  Alerts (thresholds broken) were set to help monitor the situation and reduce maintenance downtime.

Arrive / Depart: Accu-Asset has been used to report when an asset arrives or departs a location eg maintenance workshop, or the "dead line" , "go line".  The system can notify maintenance when your equipment has arrived at the dead line, then notify production when it is next available without intervention or argument. 

Underground Equipment: By using Accu-Asset we are able to keep track of engine hours across the entire fleet no matter the OEM. Everytime a machine is isolated, engine turned on/off you will have 24hours of consistent accurate time utilization data.

Safety: The Quarry Manager wants to find a team member. He simply goes to his device and requests the current location of the asset the team member was driving. Likewise when the Shot Firer wants to clear the exclusion zone. The Environmental team need to prove to the regulatory authority they have been diligent in monitoring a conservation area/water reserve. Each trip is recorded. Parts of the mine lease that are off limits could be reported when a breach occurs (geo-fencing). 

Maintenance: Regardless of maintenance philosophy; pre-emptive MTBF, strict SMU engine hours, or classic crisis management, maintenance can be supplied with the appropriate schedule.

Hire Equipment: The Hiring and de-hiring of ancillary equipment sometimes gets overlooked, thereby running up a hefty bill. By fitting Accu-Asset as soon as practical and auto reporting would eliminate wastage.

Fuel Usage: Every time an asset refuels, Accu-Asset can capture proximity to the bowser and match pump operation to appropriate fuel consumption.
